On the Planner page of Catholic Social Media, you'll notice a dropdown with a few different categories. Here's how they function.
Recently Distributed
These are posts that have already been published and are visible to your parishes right now. This is the only category of posts that is visible to your parishes.
Planned for the Week
These are posts that are scheduled to be distributed to your parishes the following week. For more on distribution schedules, be sure to read this article: Scheduling Content for Your Parishes.
Suggested Posts
These are posts that the Catholic Social Media team is suggesting you use. Our team sometimes places posts here for you from our team or from national partners, like the National Eucharistic Revival. By default, these suggested posts function as drafts. Our team does not have the permission to distribute these to your parishes. You can, however, approve these posts, at which point they will move to Planned for the Week or Recently Distributed as appropriate.
Drafts
As the name indicates, this is where your unpublished posts live. Any posts in this category are invisible to parishes until such time as you schedule them to be distributed.
