From time to time, you may find what you believe to be a bug in Catholic Social Media. One of the easiest ways for our team to assess your potential bug is for you to record the issue using a free, safe tool that we use ourselves called Jam. This tool will let you record your browser tab and give us the behind-the-scenes notifications from your browser tab while you were running Catholic Social Media and experiencing the potential bug. Here's how to get started:
- Get the browser extension here
- When prompted, enter your email to create your account
- When you try to recreate the bug, click on the Jam icon in your extension bar (it looks like a strawberry)
- Choose "Record Tab" and try to recreate the bug
- Once your recording is done, send the link to our support team at support@prengersolutions.com
This will greatly speed up the amount of back-and-forth necessary for us to correctly diagnose your problem and complete the necessary hotfix to eliminate the bug you've discovered!
